This puppy , to the best of my knowledge, is sound, good health, free from communicable diseases & parasites at the time of the sale.

AKC & ASCA application registration papers shall be given to the buyer when payment is received in full for the above dog. I, The seller, will supply the buyer with complete health records , 5 generation pedigree and upon request a health certificate.

Prior to breeding this dog, Buyer agrees to OFA (being NO less than fair) by a licensed University of Missouri Vet School or other qualifying place and eyes must Cerf and cleared yearly by a certified Ophthalmologist starting at the age of two years. I would strongly recommend that you micro chip or tattoo and DNA register with AKC & ASCA. Buyer agrees to breed to enhance the breed, to conform to the breed standard, and not to sell any offspring from this dog in any pet store, wholesale outlet, auction, or other mass animal sale venue.

The puppy is guaranteed against any communicable disease for 72 hours/ 3 days after leaving sellers place. A veterinarian of the Buyer’s choice must examine this puppy within 3 days from the date of sale or the health guarantee is null and void. If this puppy should die from one of these communicable diseases (Distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza) with in 10 days and proof of such death from the listed communicable diseases was contracted from our place, is documented by, and received from, a licensed veterinarian, the puppy shall be replace by one of the same sex and equal value from a future litter or a full refund.

Seller makes no guarantee that this puppy will attain championship, obedience, or stockdog titles, as care, upbringing, training and handling methods needed to achieve the above titles are beyond the sellers control.
